Today in Class 1 we went swimming. Everyone did a great job and tried their best. It is a little scary swimming on your own and sticking your head underwater, but everyone was able to to do it! After swimming in the pool, we had our morning meeting. The Class 1 teacher’s assistants have recently started to lead the morning meeting all by themselves. After our morning meeting we had English activity. We have been doing challenges from Timothy Pope. Today, he hid many autumn things around the classroom and behind autumn leaves, and we had to find them all. We were able to use our strong English voices and find all the hidden items. Timothy Pope promised to bring a special present for next time. After our English activity we had a yummy school lunch. Everyone was very hungry after our busy morning, and we ate all of our food. It was a fun day and we are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.
