Today in Elephant Class we had lots of fun playing and doing physical activities. The children got a letter from Mr. Zookeeper. He had jump ropes we pretended were “snakes”. Everyone could walk, jump over, and crawl under the jump rope snakes so well. They had lots of fun and got a present from Mr. Zookeeper. Since we will go to the zoo later in September, the children received a “Zoo Animal Challenge Map”. They could follow directions and line up to go to the restroom so well too. We were very impressed. The children enjoyed lunch boxes prepared by mommy and daddy and played some more after lunch. We even had time to practice catching and throwing a ball. It was lots of fun!
