Today the Koala Class children got to have a new experience in a new classroom. Since it’s almost time for Hyogen Festival and the Hyogen stage is out, many classrooms have changed. In our new room we had play time followed by a special music lesson. Yasue-sensei came and taught the children bells and we sang songs about pudding and colorful crayons. After that, we did a quick dance practice. The children all got fruit-themed headbands to help them remember their roles. The “bananas”, “oranges”, and “grapes” could listen carefully and dance well! Next time, on Friday the children will get to go on the Hyogen stage for the first time too. We look forward to it and hope everyone has lots of fun. See you then!
