Today’s Koala Class was a lot of fun for everyone. This was the first day the children made a craft. Since Golden Week is coming up, we made a Children’s Day craft. The children all did excellent decorating their koi nobori, or carp streamers, with eyes and colorful stars. Mothers helped stick the streamers to poles and after everyone was finished, we did a dance with them. I was really impressed by the children’s ability to decorate their creations. I hope everyone has a great Golden Week and we look forward to seeing everyone back in class next week. Happy Golden Week!
