• 2021.11.30Birthday Party 〜November〜

  

  今日は11月のBirthday partyでした。11月生まれのお子さま達は朝から「今日はお祝いしてもらう日だね！」と嬉しそうに話したり、誰からプレゼントをもらおうかと考えながら期待を高めていました。partyでは”I’m four!”と声を揃えて歳を教えてくれた年少組のお子さま達。自分の名前も英語で言うことができ、嬉しそうな表情を浮かべていました。年中組のお子さま達は元気いっぱいで、みんなからの質問にとても大きな声で答えてくれましたよ。年長組は最高学年らしいかっこいい姿を見せてくれました。
  また、今日はBirthday partyのために”Mr. Magic”がマジックショーを見せに幼稚園に来てくれました。お札を使ったマジックや新聞紙の不思議な手品を見て「すごい！」「どうやってやってるんだろう！」と興味津々なお子さま達でした。

• 2021.11.28★Hyogen Festival★

  

  Hyogen Festival2日目の今日は、Class 3、Class 5、Class 6、Class 7の発表がありました。
  見に来てくれたお客さまに沢山のHappyを届けよう♪を目標に今日を迎えたClass3のお子さま達。控室で「さるかにMusic、Let’s go！」と気合いを入れてステージに向かいました。ちょっぴり緊張してしまいましたが、みんな楽しかった！！と大満足の表情を見せてくれていました。Good job☆Class 3！
  
  
  Class5 put on their Hyogen Festival performance today. Everyone was a little bit nervous when they arrived, but soon got into the spirit and had a great time. First they took to the stage with their handbells to play ‘Mickey Mouse March.’ Then we put on our costumes and got ready for the English play, ‘Hansel and Gretel.’ The children of Class 5 decided on their own actions and dances and did a fantastic job today. Hansel and Gretel were able to make friends with the Witch and live happily ever after with the Mothers and Fathers. Thank you to all the family members for your ongoing support.   今日の日を楽しみにMusicやオペレッタに取り組んできたClass 6のお子さま達。ステージで演じることが大好きで、本番の今日も『ドキドキ』よりも『楽しみ』の気持ちの方が大きかったようで、いつも通り元気いっぱいの姿をご覧いただくことができたと思います。この経験を自信につなげ、かっこいい年長組さんに向けてみんなで力を合わせて頑張っていきます！Class 6のみんな！よく頑張りました！！！
  
  
  Class 7 were extremely excited for their Hyogen Festival this afternoon! The children arrived with big smiles wearing their smart clothes, ready to perform in front of their families. Class 7 first performed two songs using the tone chimes – ‘Morobitokozorite’ and ‘Edelweiss’. Despite being a little nervous, everyone was able to concentrate very well, listening to the music and making beautiful sounds with the tone chimes. Next, the children performed their English play, ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’. The children have been practicing very hard over the past month to remember their English lines, gestures, and dances. Thank you to everyone who came to show their support! We hope you enjoyed the performance.

• 2021.11.27☆Hyogen Festival☆

  

  Today was the Hyogen Festival for classes 1, 2, 4, 8, 9. Class 1 were a little nervous to be on stage in front of so many Mummies and Daddies for the first time, but everyone did such a great job with their music performance and could speak in clear, loud voices. They did so well and had so much fun leading up to today, great job!
  
  
  Class 2 did an excellent job today with their Musical Performance and English Play. They were so happy to see their moms and dads watching them. The children have been practicing extra hard to prepare for this special day, so everyone was super excited to show their moms and dads what they have been practicing. Most of all, the children were able to perform with big smiles on their faces.
  
  
  Class 4 did very well today and had a lot of fun with hand bells and the Wizard of Oz over the past month. It was great to see all the children with a smile on their face and expressing themselves freely through this years Hyogen Festival. Well done Class 4 you put on an amazing show today!
  
  
  Class 8は、最初にハンドベルで“虹”を、合奏で“大脱走のマーチ”を演奏しました。ハンドベルでは、音が次々と変わっていく難しい楽曲でしたが、少しずつ取り組みを積み重ね、素敵なメロディーを響かせることができましたね。合奏では、それぞれの楽器をリズミカルに演奏し、素晴らしいアンサンブルを聞かせてくれました。English Playでは、“Peter pan”の物語を演じました。初めてのEnglishのセリフでしたが、大きな声で伸び伸びと表現する姿がとっても素敵でした。本日は、お越しいただきまして誠にありがとうございました。
  
  
  「早くお客さんにみせたいな！」と今日を心待ちにしていたClass 9。登園してからも、ライオンキングのセリフを友達と言いながら本番への期待を高める姿が見られました。ステージでは、たくさんの観客を前に少し緊張した表情も見られましたが、素敵な演奏や迫力のある演技を見せてくれましたね。ライオンキングのフィナーレのダンスはみんなの息がぴったりと揃っていてとても素敵でした！今までみんなでがんばってきた成果をお客様の前で見せることができた達成感は、9組さんのパワーアップに繋がったと思います！

• 2021.11.26Today’s Class 1

  

  Today, Class 1 had so much fun! After having ‘Exercise and Calming’ time, we played a phonics game then headed to the stage for our final ‘Gingerbread Man stage playtime’. Everyone did a fantastic job, speaking with great confidence and dancing with so much energy! To help the children relax a little after all their hard work, we then went to the park for a little playtime. Everyone had a great day and we are all very excited to be able to show our families all of the fun, hard work and improvements we have been having in November! See you all tomorrow!

• 2021.11.25Hyogen Festival Rehearsal

  

  　総練習３日目の今日は、Class2、Class6、Class7が発表を行いました。まず登場したのはClass2のお子さま達。Music では、”It’s a small world”の音楽に合わせて可愛らしい動きをしながら鈴を鳴らしたり、English Playでは、「Heave ho!Heave ho!」と元気に楽しみながら”The Enormous Turnip”を演じていましたよ。次に登場したのはClass6のお子さま達。Music では１曲目にハンドベルで”きらきら星”を綺麗に演奏し、２曲目に6種類の楽器で“さんぽ”をリズムよく合奏しました。Operettaでは可愛らしい振り付けのダンスを上手に踊ったり、友達とのセリフの掛け合いを楽しみながら“見習い魔女の冒険、シンデレラをお手伝い！”を演じていました。最後に登場したのはClass7のお子さま達。Music では、“もろびとこぞりて”と“エーデルワイス”をトーンチャイムの素敵な音色で演奏しました。English Playでは”Snow White”を演じ、役になりきりながら堂々と表現する姿は素晴らしかったです。今日で全Classの総練習が終了し、どのクラスも表現することを楽しんだり、喜んで友達の発表を観覧しました。本番が楽しみです！

• 2021.11.24Hyogen Festival Rehearsal

  

  総練習2日目の今日は、Class 5、Class 3、Class 9が発表を行いました。まず登場したのはClass 5のお子さま達。ハンドベルで“ミッキーマウスマーチ”をタイミングよく演奏し、English Playでは“Hansel and Gretel”のお話を大きな声で演じていましたよ。次に登場したのはClass 3のお子さま達。タンバリンで“スタートライン”という曲をリズミカルに演奏し、Operettaでは“さるかにばなし”に登場するキャラクターを可愛らしく演じていました。最後に登場したのはClass 9のお子さま達。ハンドベルで“ほむら”、合奏で“ボギー大佐”の2曲を演奏しました。難しい2曲でしたがさすが年長組。素敵な音色を響かせてくれましたね。English Playでは、“Lion King”のキャラクターになりきり、大迫力の演技を見せてくれていました。登園時は緊張した表情のお子さまもいましたが、取り組みの成果を発揮しようとする一生懸命な姿や、可愛らしい姿がたくさん見られた2日目でした。本番が楽しみですね。明日はいよいよ3日目、最後の総練習です！

• 2021.11.22Hyogen Festival Rehearsal

  

  　いよいよスタートした表現Festivalの総練習。１日目の今日は、Class 1・Class 4・Class 8がステージで発表を行いました。まず登場したのは、Class 1のお子さま達。Musicでは、“It’s a small world”の音楽に合わせてノリノリでベルを鳴らしたり、English Playでは、“Gingerbread Man”に出てくるキャラクターを元気いっぱいに演じることができましたよ。次の登場したのはClass 4のお子さま達。Musicでは、ハンドベルを使って“ドレミの歌”を元気よく演奏し、English Playでは、“The Wizard of Oz”のキャラクターになりきり、お客さんを楽しませてくれました。最後に登場したのは、Class 8のお子さま達。Musicでは、年中組の時よりも長くて難しい“虹”をハンドベルで綺麗に演奏し、様々な楽器を使った合奏では、“大脱走のマーチ”をダイナミックに演奏していましたよ。初めて挑戦したEnglish Playでは、“Peter Pan”の世界観に入り込み、一人ひとりが自分の役に真剣に取り組む姿が印象的でした。沢山のお客さんを前に、少しドキドキしているお子さまも見られましたが、3クラスとも、とても素敵な発表を見せてくれましたよ。

• 2021.11.19Today’s Elephant Class

  

  Today, the Elephant Class children had more fun with amimals. We danced to “Do the Monkey” and then the Zookeeper gave everyone their own Zoo Trains. Children picked three animals to put aboard their trains. Some children chose “elephants” while others asked for “monkeys”, “tigers”, “birds”, or “kangaroos”. It was lots of fun and everyone could say all the animals correctly and ask nicely. Everyone also enjoyed their lunch boxes and at so quickly so we had lots of play time together after lunch. • 2021.11.18Today’s Elephant Class

  

  Today in Elephant Class we had so much fun making Zoo Trains! The children could pick three animals and ask nicely for them. They could pick from “tigers”, “elephants”, “birds”, “kangaroos”, and “monkeys”. Next, the children put them on their trains and sang the “Zoo Train Song”. We saw lots of smiles and enjoyed dancing to “Do the Monkey” as well. Great job everyone and see you again next week!

• 2021.11.17Today’s Bear Class

  

  We had so much fun in Bear Class today! The children danced to “Do the Monkey” and got to help the Zookeeper. She was sad because her animals were cold and hungry but the children helped take them to the Zoo by pulling them in a Zoo Train. There were “monkeys”, “lions”, “tigers”, “elephants”, “kangaroos” and “bears”. Mommies did a great job helping too. The Zookeeper was happy and the children had lots of fun! We look forward to more fun next week and the children can enjoy making their very own Zoo Trains. See you soon!
